Role: The Clinical Team Coordinator RN supervises nursing care on their assigned unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care through team leadership, staff development, and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Provides direct patient care and supervises staff, assisting with orientation, performance appraisals, and addressing performance issues.
- Manages staffing, supplies, and patient triage, while promoting evidence-based practices and professional growth.
- Communicates effectively with staff, patients, visitors, and leadership regarding care, policies, and unit issues.
- Supports regulatory compliance, resource management, and documentation accuracy.
- Addresses patient and family concerns, supports a healthy work environment, and mentors staff.
- Participates in policy formulation, unit problem-solving, and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, graduate from a specialty training program, with preferred cardiac and leadership experience. Strong communication, leadership, and regulatory knowledge are essential.
