Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care by assessing needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include delivering treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests, evaluating intervention effectiveness, and ensuring patient and family education and discharge planning. The RN actively participates in quality and safety initiatives, unit decision-making, and evidence-based practice. They are accountable for maintaining high standards of patient safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and troubleshoot equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care
