Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care, assessments, and care coordination within a clinical environment.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred). Must demonstrate compassionate patient interactions, organizational skills, teamwork, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Key Duties: Promote patient safety, maximize patient satisfaction, coordinate care, and ensure optimal patient and family experiences through effective communication and care management.
