Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed care providers, adhere to the WellStar Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing standards, and evidence-based practices. Uphold the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, Scope of Practice, and ANA Code of Ethics. Support system policies, prioritize patient voices, and promote service excellence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license in Georgia or authorized under eNLC.
- Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience with direct patient care; national certification in specialty preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies decisively, and utilize technology effectively.
- Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities.
