Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, and evaluate intervention outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, while ensuring patient and family education, discharge planning, and safety. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, unit decision-making, and safety programs. Maintain compliance with policies and standards, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to evidence-based practice and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty program (required), Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must meet licensing requirements and be capable of providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively, problem-solve, and adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential. Experience in inpatient settings is advantageous.
