Key Duties
- Assess patients and determine nursing care needs
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Monitor clinical status and respond to changes
- Document care and findings in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Educate patients and families to support safe, patient-centered outcomes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN licensure
- BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and bedside compassion
- Ability to perform effectively in an acute care environment
