Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care in a collaborative, multi-campus healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for diverse patient populations.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor and respond to changes in patient status.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatment, and self-management.
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support continuity and quality outcomes.
- Maintain infection control practices and uphold patient safety standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and pursue continuing education.
