Registered Nurse – Surgical Trauma ICU (STICU)
Provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill surgical and trauma patients. Deliver continuous patient assessment and manage complex clinical needs, including:
- Administer medications and therapies with close monitoring
- Support ventilator care and hemodynamic management
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care with physicians and allied staff
- Educate patients and families and address care-related questions
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong critical care nursing competencies and ability to manage unstable patients
- Proficiency with ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring/management
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient/family education skills
- Commitment to compassionate care, clinical excellence, and evidence-based practice
