Telemetry RN (Travel or Local)
Provide high-quality nursing care in an acute care setting for telemetry patients. Perform focused patient assessments, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer IV medications, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, patient-centered care. Document care accurately in the EMR and educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- RN licensure with acute care and telemetry experience
- Strong skills in cardiac rhythm monitoring and patient assessment
- Competency in IV medication administration
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical conditions
