Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Telemetry

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry to support timely clinical decisions.
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and self-management.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to clinical standards.
- Promote patient safety and follow infection prevention and control practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and care plan implementation skills.
- Ability to interpret telemetry data and respond appropriately.
- Medication administration competence and attention to safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary partners.
