Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med-Surg / Trauma / Spine unit providing evidence-based care to adult trauma and spine patients in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor clinical status
- Administer medications and deliver direct, high-quality nursing care
- Coordinate and support treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care needs and recovery
- Promote patient safety and support safe, effective discharge planning
Qualifications & skills
- Active RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to prioritize in high-acuity settings
- Effective communication and teamwork with healthcare providers
- Commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to evidence-based practice
