Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver compassionate, evidence-based direct patient care in an academic health center.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and provide patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
- Support clinical education and mentorship for students and new nurses
- Promote patient and family education to enhance understanding and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives
- Uphold patient safety practices and comply with regulatory and safety standards
Qualifications & skills:
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based practice
- Effective communication and teamwork across disciplines
- Ability to educate patients/families and contribute to staff development
- Willingness to engage in quality improvement and research activities
