Position Overview:
Provides patient care on a medical floor specializing in pulmonary and respiratory conditions, utilizing the nursing process to ensure effective treatment and patient safety.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
– Evaluate care effectiveness and maintain patient rights and confidentiality
– Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards
Qualifications:
– Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
– Valid RN license in the state or compact licensure
– Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation period
– Additional certifications as required by role
