Radiology Technologist – PRN

Role Overview:

The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging procedures to support diagnosis and treatment for adult and pediatric patients. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, providing clear instructions, and independently conducting radiographic exams, including portable and on-call procedures. The role requires a focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate, and prompt imaging services to ensure quick results for physicians.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate degree or trade school certification in Radiology
  • Licenses: Radiology Technologist (Registered), IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI)
  • Preferred experience: 2+ years in radiology
  • Certifications: CPR (preferred), Licenses as applicable

Key Duties:

  • Preparing patients and equipment for procedures
  • Informing patients about procedures with professionalism and customer service
  • Performing imaging examinations independently and in on-call situations
