Role Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Radiology Technologist with expertise in MSK, Special Procedures, and Interventional Radiology (IR) Neuro Advanced Modality) to support advanced diagnostic imaging and minimally invasive procedures. The position involves operating fluoroscopy and imaging equipment, preparing patients and sterile fields, and assisting physicians during image-guided interventions. You will participate in on-call rotations for emergent Neuro IR cases and support procedures in MSK and Neuro IR suites, gaining experience across specialized service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures independently and during on-call/emergent cases.
- Support minimally invasive procedures such as stroke interventions, biopsies, and injections.
- Operate imaging equipment, maintain sterile environments, and assist clinical staff.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and respond to emergent situations.
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and advanced procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree or higher in a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) required; additional certifications preferred.
- Experience in interventional radiology, neuro IR, or related areas is advantageous, but strong procedural imaging backgrounds will be trained.
- Knowledge of fluoroscopy, sterile techniques, and image-guided procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, procedural setting.
