We are seeking a Senior MRI Technologist for an Operating Room environment.
Key duties include: performing interventional and surgical MRI procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and working with Siemens MRI machines.
Responsibilities involve independently conducting studies, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading quality assurance, and mentoring new staff or students. The role emphasizes improving patient experience, safety, and departmental processes.
Qualifications: an associate degree or higher, certification as a Radiologic Technologist (R.T.(R)) and/or MR, with at least 2 years of MRI and/or OR experience. Preferred candidates have 5-10 years of experience, additional certifications (e.g., CPR, IV therapy), and supervisory experience is not required.
