Radiologic Technologist

Role: A full-time Registered Radiologic Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring patient safety, and providing age-appropriate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols, evaluating image quality and ensuring proper patient identification.
  • Assist radiologists with procedures, adhere to safety standards, and respond appropriately to emergencies.
  • Maintain aseptic technique and follow infection control policies.
  • Provide compassionate patient care, respecting patient needs and promoting Patient Family Centered care.
  • Operate imaging equipment independently, set up procedures, and position patients correctly.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
  • Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), BLS certifications (Instructor, Basic Life Support, or ARC-BLS).
  • Ability to operate diagnostic imaging equipment and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent patient service skills and dependability.
