Radiology Technician – Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to support healthcare providers in delivering timely, compassionate care.
Key Duties
- Verify patient history and confirm procedure details before imaging.
- Follow safety and radiation protection protocols to ensure patient and staff wellbeing.
- Capture diagnostic-quality images and monitor image quality for accuracy.
- Prepare patients for imaging, providing clear instructions and care.
- Maintain imaging equipment, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure readiness.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation.
- Collaborate with providers and team members to support an efficient workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Training and certification/credentialing as a Radiology Technician (as applicable).
- Strong knowledge of radiologic imaging procedures and radiation safety.
- Ability to produce consistently accurate, diagnostic-quality images.
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and patient-focused communication.
