This position involves performing patient treatments using cutting-edge technology under the guidance of Radiation Oncologists. Responsibilities include preparing patients and charts, delivering precise treatments, and coordinating treatment schedules. The role requires proficiency in radiology, medical imaging, cancer care, and radiation therapy equipment such as TrueBeam, Edge, ViewRay, Gamma Knife, and Hyperthermia. Utilization of advanced techniques like SBRT, SRS, Adaptive, and Hypersite is expected.
Qualifications include:
- Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- Board certification by ARRT (RT(T))
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Licensure as R.T.(T)
