Role: The Senior Certified Radiation Therapist performs life-saving treatments using advanced radiation technology under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing patients and charts for treatment procedures.
- Delivering precise and consistent radiation treatments.
- Completing treatment sessions and coordinating patient scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Completed an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
- Board Certified by ARRT (RT[T]).
- At least 2 years of experience in radiation therapy.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills and Technology: Experience with state-of-the-art treatment machines (TrueBeam, Edge, Gamma Knife) and techniques like SBRT, SRS, and adaptive therapy.
