This full-time remote RN role in Norfolk, VA involves leading quality improvement initiatives and managing special projects to enhance population health and compliance. Lead multi-year QI projects, develop plans, monitor progress, and report to leadership.
Conduct monthly EPSDT medical record reviews, ensuring documentation compliance and quality.
Coordinate investigations of critical incidents, including abuse, neglect, and safety concerns, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up.
Perform data analysis, create reports, and track KPIs to support continuous improvement.
Ensure regulatory adherence to Medicaid, CMS, and accreditation standards, maintaining accurate documentation for audits.
Collaborate across departments and with external providers, offering education on quality standards and documentation.
Utilize quality tools and systems to track initiatives, analyze data, and ensure data integrity.
Require a nursing diploma or associate’s degree, RN license preferred, with 3+ years in quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
Experience in diverse nursing settings and health plans is advantageous.
