We are seeking a compassionate Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time, in-person role in Murray, KY, offering up to $70K annually.
Responsibilities include conducting pulmonary assessments, diagnosing and managing conditions like COPD, asthma, and pneumonia, developing treatment plans, educating patients and staff, and supporting efforts to reduce hospital readmissions.
Preferred candidates have at least 6 months of post-acute care experience, active NP or PA licenses, and BLS certification. Training in pulmonary care is provided.
