We are seeking a Part-time or PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide mobile FEES evaluations in various settings, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health.
Conduct adult and geriatric swallowing assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients and caregivers on safe swallowing strategies. Maintain infection control standards and accurately document using EMR. Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, FL licensure, ASHA CCC-SLP, and FEES training with experience.
