Role: Provide outpatient psychiatric services, including comprehensive mental health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and development of individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and establish diagnoses
- Develop and implement treatment planning for outpatient patients
- Participate in hospital rounds and contribute to discharge planning
- Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams
- Provide expert assessments and support other physicians as needed
- Coordinate family education to support ongoing care and adherence
- Manage and prescribe medications in compliance with applicable regulations
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation
Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical expertise in psychiatry, excellent diagnostic and treatment-planning skills, effective communication and collaboration with patients and families, and thorough knowledge of medication management and regulatory compliance.
