Psychiatrist and Medical Director

Seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist and Medical Director for an inpatient program. This leadership role combines direct patient care with strategic oversight of psychiatric and medical services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and respond to emergencies

Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversee staffing and provider recruitment

Ensure regulatory compliance, participate in quality improvement, and monitor clinical documentation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in program development

Qualifications include MD/DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry, active license, and inpatient experience preferred.
