This senior role combines direct patient care with strategic leadership, overseeing psychiatric and medical services to ensure high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
The responsibilities include conducting evaluations, medication management, emergency response, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
As Medical Director, you’ll lead clinical teams, oversee staffing, participate in quality improvement, and ensure regulatory adherence.
Qualifications include MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry, active license, and inpatient experience preferred. Strong leadership and knowledge of standards are essential.
