Psychiatrist and Medical Director

A reputable health organization is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist and Medical Director for their inpatient program.

This senior role combines direct patient care with strategic leadership of psychiatric and medical services, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care.

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, daily rounds, and medication management.

Provide clinical leadership, oversee staffing, and mentor staff.

Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality improvement activities.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support program development.

Qualifications include MD or DO, Board Certification in Psychiatry, active license, and inpatient experience preferred.
