Psychiatrist and Medical Director

A well-established health organization is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist & Medical Director for their inpatient program. This senior leadership role combines clinical care with strategic oversight to ensure high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed services.

This position involves

Conducting psychiatric evaluations, managing medication, and responding to emergencies

Providing clinical leadership, mentorship, and overseeing staffing and compliance

Ensuring regulatory adherence and participating in quality improvement initiatives

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes

Qualifications include MD/DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry, active license, and inpatient experience preferred.
