Psychiatrist

We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist (0.8 – 1.0 FTE) for onsite work in a supportive, inclusive outpatient mental health setting.

Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, diagnosing, prescribing medication, and collaborating with treatment teams to improve patient outcomes. The role involves evaluating urgent crises, documenting all interactions, and participating in staff meetings.

Requirements:

Medical degree (MD or DO) and active Minnesota medical license.

Board certification in Psychiatry.

Experience with Electronic Health Records and regulatory standards.

Compensation ranges from $290,000 – $350,000 annually, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability insurance, flexible scheduling, and free CEUs.
