We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team providing assertive community treatment to 80 clients. This role offers full-time or part-time options, with salary options of $250K annually or $120/hour. The psychiatrist will share clinical responsibilities, including supervision of staff, psychopharmacological treatment, crisis evaluations, and community outreach. Candidates must be M.D., board certified or eligible in psychiatry, licensed in Massachusetts, with experience working with serious mental illness.
