The Psychiatrist role involves joining a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical care for 80 clients within an assertive community treatment model.
They will share responsibilities with a Team Leader, including developing treatment plans, supervising staff, providing psychopharmacological treatment, supportive therapy, crisis evaluations, and community outreach.
Ideal candidates are MDs, board certified or eligible in psychiatry, licensed in Massachusetts, with experience in serious mental illness and knowledge of the PACT model preferred.
