Psychiatrist – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a psychiatrist to join a physician-led mental health practice in Chicago, focusing on evidence-based care for adults with mood and anxiety disorders.

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications for adult patients.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including evaluating and overseeing TMS treatments.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and build long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification or eligibility, active Illinois license, and experience with TMS and medication management.
