Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a compassionate *Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)* to join our behavioral health team in a full-time role.

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide medication management and supportive psychotherapy.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Perform crisis assessments and adhere to clinical and ethical standards.

Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR and participate in team initiatives.

Qualifications include an active *PMHNP certification*, state APRN license, and DEA registration. Prior psychiatric experience is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations are considered.
