Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse in this role provides high-quality patient care within a specialized unit managing acute medical conditions such as lung transplants, pulmonary hypertension, and ventilator weaning. Working closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, nurses develop and implement individualized care plans, assess physical and psychosocial needs, and educate patients and families on managing their health post-discharge. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation.

Qualifications & Skills:

- No prior experience necessary; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 2+ years of experience.
