Role: Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), providing advanced, compassionate nursing care for patients with high acuity needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients requiring advanced cardiac care and intensive therapeutic interventions.
- Provide post-surgical recovery nursing care for critically ill or highly unstable patients.
- Deliver continuous patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary progressive care team.
- Work closely with specialists (including cardiology and orthopedics) to support treatment and recovery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN licensure and strong clinical judgment in high-acuity settings.
- Proficiency in advanced cardiac monitoring and rapid response to patient condition changes.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong teamwork and communication skills.
