Role: Program Director, IDD Services
Responsibilities:
- Oversee community-based programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Lead daily operations, supervise staff, and develop staff schedules.
- Ensure person-centered plans are safely implemented and comply with regulations.
- Manage program budgets and maintain program sites.
- Respond to on-call needs and address immediate concerns.
- Collaborate with families and stakeholders to support individuals in building skills and increasing independence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing community-based disability services.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to IDD programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to respond effectively to various program needs and emergencies.
