Role Summary:
Conduct objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for assigned patients in line with departmental policies and referral requirements.
Key Duties:
- Perform thorough, objective patient evaluations.
- Create individualized treatment programs tailored to patient needs.
- Ensure care plans comply with departmental policies and referral guidelines.
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Current or provisional state license.
- BLS certification.
- ASHA certification (within the required timeframe after hire).
