Key Duties
- Assess, evaluate, and treat patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
- Manage ventilators and administer oxygen therapy using established protocols.
- Respond to respiratory emergencies and coordinate timely interventions.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Use advanced respiratory equipment and clinical procedures safely and effectively.
- Educate patients and families to support understanding and care plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Respiratory Therapist with strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Competence in ventilator management and oxygen therapy.
- Ability to act quickly and effectively in emergency respiratory situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
