Role Overview:
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to medically fragile children in a child-focused environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and educate families to support child’s well-being. Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored nursing care for pediatric patients.
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies.
- Monitor patient progress and report significant changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team on care plans.
- Support and educate families about their child’s care.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active PA Nursing License.
- CPR certification (or obtain during orientation).
- Clear criminal background check.
- Pediatric nursing experience is a plus but not necessary.
