Role: Physical Therapist (PRN)
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and technical physical therapy to patients, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Communicate clearly, build relationships, and promote a collaborative environment.
- Take accountability for performance and seek continuous improvement in patient experience.
- Engage in professional growth and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Valid Texas Physical Therapy license or temporary license.
- Minimum of 1 year licensed physical therapy experience.
- Strong communication, accountability, and initiative skills.
