PRN Pediatric Speech Therapist

We are seeking *PRN Pediatric Speech Therapists* to provide *maternity leave coverage* at our multidisciplinary clinics in Springdale-Downtown and Springdale-West.

Our clinics specialize in pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy, focusing on children with developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions. Treatments are primarily in-clinic, with occasional home or daycare visits.

**Responsibilities:**

Develop personalized care plans using various treatment techniques

Deliver evidence-based, quality care and interventions

Motivate children to achieve optimal functioning during therapy

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists

Document patient care services accurately

**Requirements:**

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Current Arkansas SLP license

ASHA Certification or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

**Preferred Coverage:** 1pm to 5:45pm

**Compensation:** $60.00 per hour

**Work Environment:** In person, collaborative, supportive team
