Registered Nurse (Medical-Surgical Dialysis)
Provides professional nursing care to patients from admission through discharge in a medical-surgical dialysis unit.
Key Duties
- Assess patients’ needs and monitor clinical status.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, comprehensive treatment.
- Provide and support patient and family education for understanding care and treatment.
