PRN CT Technologist

Role Overview:

This is a PRN CT Technologist position responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures across advanced modalities such as CT, MRI, and interventional radiology on adult and pediatric patients. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, conducting studies independently, and ensuring quality control. No prior CT experience is required as training will be provided.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate degree or higher in a related field
  • Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R))
  • Licenses such as IEMA (excluding MRI) and certifications like RTR, CT, MR, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES are preferred
  • Experience in radiology or related imaging fields is advantageous, especially in modalities like MRI, CT, or interventional procedures
  • CPR and intravenous therapy certifications are preferred for experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures
  • Perform studies independently, including portable and on-call exams
  • Maintain quality control standards
