Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric and adult patients, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Deliver care during overnight shifts, with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, or PRN, covering days, nights, and weekends.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients’ homes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health and well-being.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses accepted with transfer within 90 days).
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
