We are seeking MDs and DOs to manage adult patient panels across multiple Rhode Island locations, providing personalized chronic, acute, and preventive care.
In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive primary care, conduct health screenings, vaccinations, and promote wellness. Emphasizing value-based care, you’ll use data to identify care gaps, support population health, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for integrated, high-quality services.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate EHR documentation, driving practice innovation, and achieving clinical and financial goals.
Qualifications: MD or DO, active US license, experience in adult primary care or related fields, strong communication skills, and an interest in practice transformation are preferred.
