Seeking a Physician at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Lansing, MI, for full-time or part-time roles. Reports to the Medical Director and COO. This position offers flexible hours and employment types (W-2 or 1099), ideal for family physicians balancing other interests.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across all ages, managing acute/chronic conditions, supervising medical trainees, and promoting preventive and culturally competent care within a team-based model. Maintains accurate EHR documentation, complies with regulations, and participates in quality improvement.
Qualifications: MD/DO, completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine, board eligibility/certification, active license, DEA, and dedication to serving underserved populations. Preferred experience in community health settings.
