Key duties
- Conduct patient assessments and review diagnostic testing
- Create and coordinate treatment plans with attending physicians
- Prescribe medications as clinically indicated
- Document patient histories, clinical findings, and care plans
- Coordinate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams to support effective care
