Under the guidance of the primary care team, the Primary Care Nurse collaborates with providers to deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care. This role involves managing triage calls/messages, partnering with patients and clinical staff to improve quality outcomes, and supporting clinic operations.

Position Highlights:

Location: 12200 Weber Hill Rd, Saint Louis, MO 63127
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630; no nights, weekends, or holidays.
This role begins with on-site training, after which it transitions to a hybrid work model, requiring attendance at monthly on-site meetings.

The Nurse will work closely with providers, managing patient communication and triage. Qualifications:

• LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing, active license, 2-3 years experience preferred.
• RN: Associate or higher in Nursing, active RN license, 2-3 years experience preferred.
