Key responsibilities include: managing complex scheduling, patient outreach, accurate data collection and reporting, handling follow-up activities and referrals, delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing waiting room operations, verifying patient information, processing forms, prior authorizations, and prescriptions.
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED, 1+ years of administrative or receptionist experience, reliable transportation.
Preferred skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, electronic medical records (Epic or similar), and strong patient management abilities.
This role requires a high level of autonomy, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills to support patient-clinician relationships and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
