Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and medication administration. The nurse will develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and communicating effectively across care settings.
